Shannon Thomas is a dedicated Legal Executive whose professional experience spans Conveyancing, Civil Litigation, and Probate Law. She plays a central role within the firm’s Residential Conveyancing Department, guiding First‑Time Buyers, seasoned property investors, and long‑term homeowners through each stage of the property transfer process.

Shannon is recognised for her practical approach, clear communication style, and commitment to ensuring that clients feel informed and supported from initial instruction to closing.

In addition to her work in conveyancing, Shannon brings valuable industry insight from her earlier career in the transport and logistics sector. Prior to entering legal practice, she worked in Groupage with a focus on Sea‑Freight Exports.

This role provided her with first‑hand experience in Customs Regulations, international shipping procedures, and aspects of Maritime Law, all of which contribute to her well‑rounded understanding of regulatory compliance and commercial operations. Her ability to apply this knowledge within a legal context enhances the advice and guidance she provides to clients with diverse needs.

Shannon is a graduate of TUD for her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and also of Dublin City University (DCU), where she obtained both her Master of Laws (LLM) degree. Her academic background reflects a strong foundation in legal research, analytical reasoning, and problem‑solving—skills she brings to each matter she handles.

Outside her day‑to‑day client work, Shannon contributes to the firm’s online presence by supporting the management of its Instagram account. Through this role, she helps communicate legal updates, highlight firm achievements, and promote educational content in an accessible and engaging way.
