It has been a trying time. A challenge for everyone but out of all the difficulty, some good things have come. We discovered new ways of working. Some of them we will continue to use to improve our service to Clients.
One of the main benefits is the option to reduce travel and the time required for in-person meetings. We have clients throughout Ireland and abroad. For these and for our Dublin based clients the switch to use of Zoom, greater email and phone interactions has worked really well.
While you are welcome to call more often if you wish, and there are times when in person meetings work better, at Thomas Barry & Company we have evolved our practices to minimise the number of in-office visits required. For example, most property sales or purchases now require one or, at most, two in-person meetings. The bulk of the work we can do remotely and conveniently on Zoom, over the phone or by email.
