Improving Our Service

We are constantly looking at ways to improve your user experience and the quality of our service. Recent innovations include:

Electronic Case Management

  • Processes your cases more quickly,
  • Keeps you better informed and
  • Delivers better value.

Digitalised Wills Bank

  • Push button retrieval & review,
  • Added security and
  • Electronic transmission capability.

Redesigned Website

  • Clearly sets out the wide range of assistance we offer,
  • Easy navigation to the most crucial information and
  • A more favourable user experience.

Protect the Vulnerable

  • Families often face the practical problem of what to do when a person is not able to manage his or her affairs. This can be due to mental incapacity (e.g. Alzheimer’s, dementia), failing health, the person being under 18, having an intellectual disability or having special needs.
  • How are funds accessed, bills paid, who makes the key decisions? The most beneficial advance step one can take is to complete an Enduring Power of Attorney
  • Where an Enduring Power of Attorney has not been made the best option may be to have the person made a Ward of Court. The Wardship process has become much more straightforward than it once was.
